AHC3 is a hot air heater controller that combines basic functions with options for customization.

AHC3 is a hot air heater controller that combines basic functions with options for customization. It provides stable hot air heating through the overheat zero setting of the temperature controller. Flow management ensures reproducibility of the supplied heat quantity. A color universal design type can be specified with option CUD. It features white, blue, and yellow indicator lights, and the operation buttons are also blue and yellow, making it easy to see for anyone. The temperature controller equipped with optional selections comes in thermocouple and radiation thermometer specifications. With optional selections, ON-OFF and voltage control can also be managed via external signals. The model equipped with optional IoT functionality allows for monitoring of data such as set temperature, heating temperature, operating time, number of operations, heater replacement count, and MTBF. With optional selections, dual over-temperature alarm management can be implemented. Using the optional one-shot timer, precise heating tests can be conducted.

Overheat Zero Heater Controller HCA Series

The zero overheating setting enables stable heating.

Standard Type HCA Achieves stable heating with zero overheating settings. The main power switch and heater power switch are separated, allowing heating to start after temperature settings. Step-down Control Type HCAR Controls the heater by stepping down the specified power supply voltage to the desired voltage. Supervisor Function Equipped Type HCASV Controls hot air to the appropriate temperature with a thermocouple input at the hot air outlet. Monitors the overheating of the hot air heater with a thermocouple for the heating element temperature. If overheating occurs, it cuts off the heater power and issues an alarm. Dual Heater Control Type HCAW Equipped with two temperature controllers, allowing simultaneous individual control of two hot air heaters. Temperature Control and Flow Control Type HCAFM Allows for temperature control and flow control of the hot air heater. Achieves stable heating with zero overheating settings. Flow can be adjusted with a flow control valve. Built-in windless power prevention function prevents thermal damage to the heater. [Note] The HCA series cannot control halogen heaters. For halogen heater control, the HCV series, HHC2 series, and SSC series are recommended.
